Booking & Payment
Your move is confirmed once a deposit is received. A confirmation with service details, schedule, and pricing will be provided.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers for your convenience.
A portion of the payment is due at pickup, with the remaining balance payable before final delivery.
A fixed deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final invoice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations: Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled move. Late cancellations may result in applicable charges.
- Rescheduling: Changes can be made without extra cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees.
Liability & Coverage
- Standard Coverage: Basic protection is included with every move, offering limited compensation based on item weight.
- Additional Protection: Customers may choose upgraded coverage options for enhanced protection. Details and pricing are available upon request.
Customer Responsibilities
- Packing: If you pack your own items, ensure they are properly secured. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper packing.
- Accessibility: Clients must provide safe and clear access to the property, including parking arrangements and necessary permissions.
- Item List: An accurate inventory must be provided. Extra or undisclosed items may result in additional charges.
Storage Policy
- Storage Duration: We offer flexible short-term and long-term storage plans billed periodically to suit your timeline.
- Access to Items: Advance notice is required to access stored belongings. Additional fees may apply for access requests.
- Unpaid Storage: Items may be considered abandoned if payments are overdue for an extended period, and appropriate action may be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be handled through a formal resolution process in accordance with applicable provincial laws. Each party will bear its own related costs.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province in which services are rendered. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant provincial courts.
